Marine RFP #1
The first OESI Marine Energy Request for Proposals (RFP) was released on March 27, 2023, and closed on June 26, 2023.
To submit a proposal, the proposal team lead must be a member of OESI, submit a Conflict of Interest form, and have a consortium agreement on file. You can initiate membership via the OESI membership form. To submit your proposals, please login to the Member Portal using the Member Account credentials provided during your organization’s OESI membership application process. If your OESI Consortium organization requires additional Member Accounts, please request those using the link below.
